Changed your mind?

For most online orders delivered in the United Kingdom, contact us within 14 days of delivery to cancel. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the item.

How to start a return

Email caristostore@outlook.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method after the returned item or evidence of return has been received. Standard delivery costs are refunded where required by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or is not the item ordered, please email us with your order number and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
